More than 60 national and international artists will be exhibiting under the roof of a former car dealership in March. On 2,000 square meters, spread over 2 halls and 15 different rooms, the artists show paintings, installations and object art. Artists from very different genres from the urban context are represented – from bombing and classic graffiti to street art, as well as other contemporary forms of art.
AKTE ONE created the main façade at the entrance with a feature by LOOMIT (graffiti pioneer from Germany). True to the motto of the urban art exhibition, the motif changed over time. AKTE made the start and conquered the façade with a mint green (CI color of the exhibition) structure from his small “a!” in the “Tags’n Flops” style. LOOMIT followed suit and expanded the motif on the top right-hand corner of the wall. A little later, when the exhibition was extended again due to its success, the entrance was relocated and AKTE extended his motif on the surface of the old entrance with a classic style piece in the middle of the “a! structure, thus completing the picture.
Unter dem Dach eines ehemaligen Autohauses stellen im März mehr als 60 nationale und internationale Künstler aus. Auf 2.000 Quadratmeter, verteilt auf 2 Hallen und 15 verschiedene Räume, zeigen die Künstler Malereien, Installationen und Objektkunst. Vertreten sind dabei Künstler ganz verschiedener Genres aus dem urbanen Kontext – vom Bombing, über klassisches Graffiti bis Street Art, aber auch anderen zeitgenössischen Formen der Kunst.
AKTE ONE kreierte hierfür die Hauptfassade am Eingang mit einem Feature von LOOMIT (Graffiti-Pionier aus Deutschland). Getreu dem Motto der Urban Art Ausstellung wandelte sich das Motiv mit der Zeit. AKTE machte den Anfang und eroberte die Fassade mit einer mintgrünen (CI-Farbe der Ausstellung) Struktur aus seinem kleinen “a!” im “Tags’n Flops”-Stil. LOOMIT zog nach und erweiterte das Motiv an der oberen rechten Ecke der Wand. Etwas später, als die Ausstellung aufgrund ihres Erfolges nochmals verlängert wurde, wurde der Eingang verlegt und AKTE erweiterte sein Motiv auf der Fläche des alten Eingangs um ein klassisches Style-Piece inmitten der “a! Struktur und schloss bzw. rundete damit das Bild ab.
